We did a little better job of getting led off men on, but we just can't get consecutive hits. I was also very disappointed at the offense after such a good outing from Jurrjens. Also, what is up with our bullpen not being able to throw the ball over the plate? They've got to start making teams earn runs instead of just giving them up.

Honestly, I'm not sure. There's absolutely no excuse to walk in 4 runs in two games. You shouldn't walk in that many in a season!

My thoughts exactly! The fish stink (worse than an actual rotting fish) and last nights game was absolutely embarrassing. It was physically painful to watch. MaCann, Teixeira and Francoeur were all 0-4 at the plate. Its like the heart of the order literally died.
On the upside, Jurrjens pitched very well and KJs hitting speaks for itself.
Im hopeful that the Braves learned a tough lesson from that game and they are ready to come back and take the series in FL.

Like I stated yesterday; they're just playing up to the level of their competition, and really not even that. They have always done this. I hate to be Polly Pissypants, but I've been a fan since the mid 80's and they haven't played at the "Braves Level" since 2003.
