And I'd argue that the DL is Hampton's main home during the regular season, and any stint on the real roster would be a vacation.

This doesn't come as a real shock to me. I think we all pretty much knew when he left his last start that we'd be seeing him on the DL.

I think if it was a few years go it would have been a different story…older Glavine, older body = longer recovery. At least it's not serious.
