Glavine Tries For Sweep

May 4, 2008 – 1:43 pm

I forgot to post a game thread today before leaving for the game so here’s a quick one. Glavine’s taking the mound today to try to seal the series sweep against the Reds. The Braves can get back to .500 with a win today.

On another note, the Hawks lost to the Celtics 99-65. Looking forward to next year for them, they really need to address their road issues.

Love to see Diaz out there on the basepath, I don’t think there’s anyone that busts it more than he does when he runs.

That brings the Andruw counter to 3. Looks like Kotsay misjudged that one.

Jo-Jo Reyes pinch hitting….interesting as we still have Gotay and Miller on the bench.
