Braves Open Series With Padres

Written by Jonathan on May 6, 2008 – 5:19 pm

Jair Jurrjens takes the mound tonight to continue to prove that he’s a great future player for the Braves as we open a three-game series against the Padres at Turner Field tonight.  Jurrjens has pitched into the sixth in all 6 of his starts thus far and hopefully that will help keep the bullpen rested.  Chris Young will be pitching for the Padres.

i’m glad the weather is so perfect now. nothing like sitting in a seminar with all men (seriously, i’m the only chick) and having that to look forward to. it makes the very long day go by much faster. i just hope that holds up tomorrow. and maybe i’ll sneak out on thursday – probably not, but maybe. ;)

i had fun tonight guys. and it was even more fun walking out with the win.
