Yeah, he walked 21 guys in the last 11 1/3 innings he pitched. It wasn't too surprising that they would demote him, although it was a little surprising they sent him all the way down to A ball

Manny might need to spend some time on the bench or in triple A just recouping from all of the innings he's pitched. You can't blame him, he's a young pitcher, he's not fully physically developed, I think they're pushing some of the younger guys like him and Boyer more than they should be. Those guys make up an excellent bullpen when they aren't overworked, but this has caught up to us too quickly. We all knew it would happen.
