Look, this season is either going to be a wash or a pleasant surprise. However, 2010 or 2011 looks pretty good with either AJ or Lowe in the rotation. The only things that concerns me about our future team is the overflow of lefties in the line-up (although B-Mac and KJ hit lefties as well as righties) with Heyward and Schafer in addition to BMac, KJ, Kotchman, and probobly the FA bat we get (Dunn or Ibanez are my guesses) AND the lack of leefties in the rotation (projection-AJ/Lowe, Hudson, JJ, Hanson, Morton/Jo-Jo(ugg)/Rorbough(if hes ready)). Does it really matter? Probably not, but it never hurts to have a dominant or at least mediocre lfty in the rotation (we were fortunate to have Glavine during our exceptional days). Once agan does L,R,S,L,L,L,R,L, or R,R,R,R,L? really matter, not really if th players perform, but it IS better to have balance.

BTW-just a correction, though Im sure you know, Lowe pitched for LA last season, not Boston
