sadly I think frech might actually play well in boston or anwhere other than here. Its hard not to blame pendleton for frechys struggles but maybe jeff is just too damn hard to get to listen.

Ever think of Drew moving to DH? If Papi continues to struggle Drew could move to DH and Frenchy wouldbe the everyday RF. That may be the train of thought.

I know they want backup for Drew because he happens to injure himself all the time. Only thing I can think of is that we'd get an outfielder back from the Sox? We're looking for more power. What about putting Bay out there? I dunno, I'm just making stuff up.

I keep seeing all of these things about the Red Sox scouting Francoeur and I just can't figure out why they'd want another outfielder. They've got Ellsbury, Drew and Bay and already have Kotsay sitting on the bench. I don't forsee them planning on moving Ellsbury or Bay anywhere, but the concept of trying to acquire another outfielder just doesn't make sense to me.
